Espero que si quieren que la iglesia y los ministerios crezcan puedan aprender y cojer consejitos de otras iglesias. Este especialmente me gusta mucho

Ministry Focus
Put your ministry in the spotlight! At Richland Bible Church in Richland, Michigan, they select a ‘ministry of the week’ to feature during their weekend services. The “Ministry Focus” each week highlights a ministry area and allows the opportunity for people to get involved. Often a person from that ministry will share a brief talk before the service, or a video will report the program. A tear-off in the worship guide provides an opportunity for their response. Those who indicate interest are contacted by a “Ministry Connector” for follow-up and an interview. A ‘trial run’ with the ministry is offered to make sure the right person is in the right job! They have received as many as 140 responses from a single Sunday. Shine the light on your volunteer opportunities and help create a culture that focuses on service!
